SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://anjaanniken.com/pages/terms-of-service .

 

All products are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEX and UPS. We choose which carrier to ship items in order to arrive in a timely manner for all purchases.   

Please carefully review and read our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products or before placing your order.

 

Each purchase placed by you, the buyer, for our goods and/or services is subject to the agreement of our shipping policy. By you using the Anja Anniken SkinCare™ website and placing an order, you have agreed to be bound by such terms by accepting the Purchase/Shipping/Refund/Terms order processing by our company terms, explained in this form and on our website, www.anjaanniken.com

This policy will apply to any order you place with Anja Anniken SkinCare™. We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for our buy now pay later products, until we cleared your buy now pay later purchase approval, then at that time will your purchased items transfer into our shipping process. When payment for your order is received, we will process and ship your order within 1 to 5 business days. Products will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of checkout. We do not assume liability or responsibility for items shipped to the incorrect address, should the address at the time of checkout provided be incorrect.

 

TRACKING A PACKAGE:

All orders will receive a tracking number after your order has been processed. We will send your tracking number to the email address provided at the time of checkout. Please be sure to double-check the email address you provide to Anja Anniken SkinCare™ to ensure timely delivery of tracking information and communication regarding your order/purchase. We do not assume responsibility for missed communication should the email address provided to us be invalid. Should you not receive a tracking number for the order you placed, you can contact our customer support email info@anjanniken.com and provide us with your order number and we will respond within 48 hours of the receipt of your email. 

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier maybe manages our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

 

- Free Shipping

We offer fee-free shipping on all furnishings and interior shipping for US Based Orders, all economy 5-8 business days shipping is free in the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. 

 

 

- Standard Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates: $6.95 for Standard Shipping | $9.95 for Standrad Express Shipping. This shipping option offers 5-7 business days shipping. 

 

 

Shipping Methods / Shipping Fees

***We always offer free shipping on all economy orders $75.00 and over that ship within 7-10 business days. If you choose standard shipping, there is a shipping fee as scheduled below unless there is a promotion that allows you to take advantage of a "free shipping" offer. 

 

$0 fee Ground Economy Shipping 7 to 10 business days (appliable to special shipping promotions). $6.95 Standard Shipping  5 to 7 business days. $9.95 Standard Express Shipping  4 to 5 business days. 

 

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. Expedited shipping options may not be available to all locations nationally and internationally depending on our warehouse availability of products and shipping logistics. 

 

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms

 

 

Free shipping does not apply to skincare and cosmetics in standard shipping unless otherwise stated on our website, or if we have a current product promotion with a promotional code.

 

SkinCare, Cosmetics , Hair Care items ship free shipping with economy shipping at an estimated time frame of 5-8 business days or our regular standard shipping rates, which are a flat fee for all United States orders at $6.95/$9.95 with a 3-4 business day estimated timeframe for shipping and  handling fee for all international orders with a shipping estimated timeframe of 7-14 business days shipping.

International shipped orders can take up to 30 days depending on your country's customs and shipping logistics.

Free shipping on furnishings orders outside the United States does not apply to international orders shipped. Standard International shipping rates apply based on your country's location. Anja Anniken SkinCare™ does not assume reliability for customs and/or its costs. We currently do not ship to AFO, and APO addresses.

Fee Free shipping on all skincare and cosmetics shipping is not valid on international orders. We charge a $6.95/$9.95 processing fee for all international shipped orders.

We, Anja Anniken SkinCare™, do not assume any reliability for customs or its costs. Once a package has left our warehouse we are no longer reliable or responsible for the contents of said package's'. 

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions concerning some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and you will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship to  FPO, APO addresses

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address. We do not assume responsibility for miscommunication should the email address we receive be invalid.
