Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a refund, all items must be undamaged, unused, and have original packaging. For skincare items that arrive unopened and damaged, pleasecontact Anja Anniken SkinCare™ immediately for possible item replace remedy.

 

 

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags and/or manufacturer's packaging, and in its original packaging upon receipt. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number and verified tracking number specific to your order.

 

 

How To Start A Return/Refund:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@anjaanniken.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Any returned items sent back to us first without prior approval, requesting a refund will not be accepted and will be automatically denied a refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and before opening your package.

Should your package arrive damaged, DO NOT OPEN SAID PACKAGE.Items that arrive damaged by postal service will qualify for a PARCEL CLAIM.  Please contact Anja Anniken SkinCare™ as soon as possible to initiate help with how to start a damaged parcel claim via the delivery service. Should the items arrive defective after opening the package (without any prior use) contact us immediately if the item is defective to help start a defect items claim with the manufacturer. Should you receive the wrong item, contact Anja Anniken SkinCare™ so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as used beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale and gift card items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions. 

 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have with return approval, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Should there be a price differential on the exchanged items, once Anja Anniken SkinCare™ has received your exchange, you will be refunded or charged for the price difference.

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received your refund, contact us at info@anjaanniken with your order number and package tracking number. 

 

ChargeBacks:

To prevent fraudulent chargebacks, we require proof of purchase for any requested refunds such as shipment tracking number and order number. In any event that we receive a chargeback request, your email address, order delivery address, order number, and the tracking number will act as a receipt and proof of purchase for any orders placed with Anja Anniken SkinCare™. We will provide such proof to the bank or credit card company in question. 

 

Buy Now Pay Later:

All Buy Now and Pay Later transactions are subject to the approval of the merchant's credit terms. We do not assume responsibility for the merchant's credit processing terms of services as the payment processors are third-party companies with their credit terms and conditions.
